SHIPPING POLICY

We Ship Orders Monday to Friday till 15:30pm all orders placed after this time are dispached next working day.
We provide free shiping for all customer in the UK that qualify for it based on ther order.
All orders bellow £10 are being dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd Class
All orders between £10 to £30 are being dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class
All orders above Qualify For Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for
All orders above £150 Will be dispatched By Royal Mail Next Day Delivery

All order that are to big to be dispatched by the above services will be dispatched by courier of our discretion. 

We reserve the right to use the most appropriate shipping method applicable for the items being ordered. This can include adding 'signed for' services to packages where we require delivery confirmation, or using a different service from those stated above. Any changes made will be for the sole purpose of ensuring the most speedy and safe delivery of your goods, any extra costs involved in such changes will be met by us.

SHIPPING COST

 

Orders under £25 in the UK carry an extra shipping cost of £0.68 for Single Cards, £2.95 for all other products.
International orders under £25 carry an extra shipping cost of ££7.85 for Single Cards, £7.85 for High end Single Cards, £20 for all other products.
All orders above £25 are delivered free of any shipping costs withing the UK.

All orders above £80 are delivered free of any shipping costs Internationally.

Delivery Times within UK


Royal Mail 2nd Class Aims to deliver within 2-3 working days may take up to 5 working days
Royal Mail 1st Class aims to deliver within 1 working days may take up to 3 working days

Royal Mail  1st Class signed for  aims to deliver within 1 working days may take up to 3 working days

Royal Mail Next Day- Is a guaranteed next working day delivery from date of dispatch. Please note that orders dispatched on Friday will arrive on Monday unless Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday is specifically requested.
Courier Delivery Services vary from 1 working day up to 5 working days.

If your parcel is too big to fit through a letterbox, or no recipient is there to sign for the parcel it can lead to a missed delivery. Royal Mail do not always leave a calling card and it may be at the sorting office. If you parcel is more than the orginal expected days late, we would recommend checking with neighbours and the local sorting office before contacting us. 
Courier delivery : If your parcel has not arrived within 15 working days of receiving our dispatch notice and it is not at the local depot, then please contact us. Please provide your name as it would appear on your order, order reference and the date you received our dispatch note, this will help us to deal with your query quickly for you.

International Orders Delivery times and services
 

Airmail - usually takes 5 -10 working days, but it can take longer if there is a delay in the postage system. Please allow 28 working days for your item to arrive. Standard Airmail is not tracked.

International Signed for, International Tracked and International Track & Sign are tracked and include delivery confirmation services. Shipping times can vary but usually take 5-10 working days from dispatch to delivery. Items can take up to 28 Working Days as per the Royal Mail's terms of service.

We offer Delivery by courier Internationally on bigger parcels. Courier service will vary depending your location.We  will be dispatching by different economy and express courier options (DHL and Parcelforce) with prices and delivery times varying depending on weight and destination. 

 For items travelling outside the European Economic Area delivery times are longer and usually takes 10-14 working days, dependent where in the world you are based. Goods can take up to 28 working days before being considered late as per couriers terms of service. Please also include a contact number as our Couriers require this for delivery.

If any additional costs incur by a delayed, lost or misrouted order do not hesitate to contact us so we can resolve the issue.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Returns
You can chose to cancel your order at any time up until 14 days after you have received the goods.

If you chose to cancel after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for all postage costs and are completely responsible for ensuring the items are returned to us in the same condition as they were received.

If the returned goods are not returned in the same condition received, we withhold the right to deduct 50% from the refund cost or refuse the return outright.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and not later than 30 days after confirming receipt of the items.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you have received a faulty or damaged item you must inform us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will then offer a suitable resolution at no cost to yourself. We do reserve the right to refuse complaints, or levy suitable charges for issues raised after this period.

Special note: Damaged cards inside blind packed products like Booster packs.

In the event that a particular card is damaged inside a pack, we will only be able to replace the booster pack as being faulty (the product purchased) and not the individual cards inside. In the rare event this happens to you, you could benefit by contacting the manufacturer first for a replacement card, but note they have no duty to do so.

 Liability for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed/lost/misrouted orders will be covered by us.

Other Returns

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or we have made a mistake on your order or your item has suffered a manufacturing fault, then please contact us at Spartacardgaming@gmail.com

 Most manufacturing faults are quickly resolved through an email to the manufacturer. If you wish to return an item in these circumstances we will cover the postage costs for your return up to standard shipping.

Pre-order cancellations

You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund up until the order has shipped, which is usually one day before the official release date (on the day itself for Magic the Gathering).

Pre-Orders that have been paid for that are cancelled by the customer will be subject to a 5% restock/cancellation fee at our discretion.
