This ticket grants you entry to Zombie Games Cafe's Magic: The Gathering – Learn To Play Event Ticket at 12:00 on the 13th of June. 
 
Curious about Magic: The Gathering but never had the chance to learn? This event is the perfect place to start your journey into the world’s most iconic trading card game!
Simply reserve your FREE ticket and show up on the day — no experience, cards, or preparation needed.
 
During the event, you will:
🃏 Use a premade Welcome Deck provided for the session
🎓 Be guided by an experienced Magic player
⚔️ Learn the basics of gameplay, strategy, and card types
🤝 Meet other new and experienced Planeswalkers in a friendly environment
 
The Welcome Decks are loaned out during the event to help new players learn the game in a simple and fun way.
 
Whether you’ve never touched a trading card game before or you’re returning after years away, this beginner-friendly session is designed to make learning Magic easy, fun, and welcoming.
Spaces may be limited, so be sure to reserve your free spot in advance!

Late Attendance: Players arriving after the tournament starts will get a loss for Round 1.
 
Capacity:
We’ve got space for up to 10 players, so tickets are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
 
Format:
The tournament runs in a Swiss format.

We have a friendly, beginner-friendly crowd and a chilled, welcoming atmosphere. You can grab hot, fresh food and drinks made to order from the café, plus cold drinks, cakes, and snacks available all day. We also sell booster packs and other TCG products on site. Important Info:
Please don’t bring outside food or drinks, except sealed bottled water. The café will have plenty available to purchase.
Photography and filming might happen during the event. If you’re uncomfortable with this, please let us know before things kick off.
 
Important Details:
Refund requests must be submitted more than 72 hours before the start time of the event. We are unable to process any refund requests made within 72 hours of the event. All approved refunds are subject to a £1 processing fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Tickets are non-transferable.
You’ll need to show your Purchase Confirmation Email to enter.
If you don’t attend, your ticket will be void, and no refund will be given.
Underage Attendance Policy
Due to licensing requirements, any attendee under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+) at all times while on the premises. The accompanying adult must also have a valid ticket for the event where applicable and remain present for the full duration of the visit. Unfortunately, unaccompanied minors will not be permitted entry to the venue or event. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us comply with licensing regulations and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all guests.
